The rector of Azerbaijan University S. Aliyeva’s traditional assembly has commenced. I, II, III year students, the faculty deans, and the tutors participate in these meetings.

The aim of the meetings is to have direct intercourse with the students, to be aware of their individual problems and listen to their offers.

Expressing her satisfaction having such kind of meetings, S.Aliyeva mentioned that meetings had begun only the previous year. Responding the questions that were asked by the students, the rector gave some instructions in order to estimate their offers.

The importance of bringing up the students, not only as the professionals but also as productive participants in social life of the university was emphasized in this meeting.

The students expressed their gratitude to the rector for the sincere dialogue and paid attention for arranging the meeting. They also notified that the regular meetings that are held by the rector are the source of their motivation.
