The teachers of the Azerbaijan University Khadija Alekperova and Laman Gasimly were sent to the Croatian Dubrovnik University on an official journey within the framework of the international exchange program "Erasmus +". During the two-week journey, our staff participated in the educational process and passed a probation.

Khadija Alekperova, a teacher of the Department of Finance and Economics, held lectures on "Organizational Behavior" for Erasmus students at this university.. Lectures covered the following themes - "Incorrect understanding and perception in organizational behavior," "Identifying identity types based on MBTI Indicator”, “Key features in Five Major Identity Models, "Group and Worker Team, "Making group decision".

Laman Gasymli, a teacher of the Department of foreign languages, had a probation at Dubrovnik University's Career Center, Language Center and Science Library.
