Elvin Hajiyev, a lecturer at Azerbaijan University, visited the University of Dubrovnik in Croatia within the framework of Erasmus + exchange program on May 7-10, 2018.

According to the curriculum of the University of Dubrovnik, the teacher of the University, Mary Suman Toll and the teacher of Azerbaijan University Elvin Hajiyev delivered a lecture on "Public Sector Audit", " Audit Effectiveness ", "Basis of Audit Activity", "Internal and external audit" and "Evaluation of the internal control system" on the "Public Sector Auditing" module to the students. Along with the theoretical examples, the students were informed about the practical examples, including achievements gained in public sector audit in the Republic of Azerbaijan, and were welcomed by them.

At the same time, meetings were held with Sandra Memunik, Head of International Relations Department and Projects Research at the University of Dubrovnik, and Katiya Voyvodic, Head of Economy and Business Economics Department, to further improve the curriculum and integrate into the European education system. The continuation of cooperation between the universities and the importance of teacher-student exchanges for both universities were mentioned.

Note that University of Dubrovnik’s representatives Sandra Memunik, Katia Voyvodic and Mary Suman Tolic have expressed their interest to visit Azerbaijan University and learn the University's experience within the “ERASMUS + Staff Exchange” program.
