The Minister of Education Jeyhun Bayramov awarded Rector of Azerbaijan University Saadat Aliyev with a jubilee medal. Minister issued a decree awarding Saadat Aliyev with " the anniversary medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 100th anniversary of Baku State University (1919-2019)".

It should be noted that the anniversary medal was approved by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated October 22, 2019. Besides taking an active part in the socio-cultural development, people who have made outstanding achievements in science and education, and a significant contribution to the development of these areas as well are awarded by the Jubilee Medal.
