Notice that Hackathon is a hacker neologism - a series of events where programmers join together and solve various problems, prepare projects, and compete. The main theme of Hackathon is the creation of various programs and tools, thus allowing programmers and hackers to test their knowledge in the competitive environment and gain new knowledge.

The aim of the "GameJam" contest, which is realized within the framework of “Hackaton Azerbaijan” project, is to increase the personnel potential in this field and to identify potential programmers in the relevant field.

“IDRAK” Technological Transfer Company acted as the general sponsor of the competition.
