Azerbaijan University plans to hold 3 scientific conferences in 2023: 2 international and 1 national level.

The purpose of the 5th Scientific Conference of Young Researchers, which will be held on March 10, 2023, is to bring together young researchers working at various universities, academies, and research institutes of the country to exchange scientific achievements and experience. Young scientists and researchers can send their dissertations in economics, humanities, social sciences, and ICT to genc.tedighiatci@au.edu.az until February 10, 2023.

The international conference “Heydar Aliyev and the Turkic World” is planned to be held on May 12, 2023. The conference is devoted to the issues of studying the merits of the great leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev in creating the ideology of all Turkic people’s unity, Azerbaijanism, and Turkism, and to issues of studying activities of the Republic of Azerbaijan to strengthen relations with Turkey and the Turkish republics of Central Asia. It is also planned to hear reports on the artistic image of Heydar Aliyev in literature, monuments of culture, and art of the Turkic world at the conference. The deadline for submitting the conference papers is April 12, 2023.

The International Conference on Social Work & Social Research is being organized together with Azerbaijan University, Social Research Center (Azerbaijan), and Sakarya University (Turkey). The purpose of the conference, which will be held on November 24-25, 2023, is the participation of researchers working in this field in the discussion of topical issues in the field of social work and social policy, exchange experience in the development and implementation of modern technologies, social practices aimed at improving the socio-psychological level of various categories of the population. The deadline for submitting the conference papers is October 20, 2023.
