Dr. Cehanzaib Islam, a member of the Board of Directors of Grand Asia University in Pakistan, visited Azerbaijan University. During the meeting, which focused on collaboration directions between higher education institutions, Azerbaijan University was represented by Yusif Qasimov- the Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, Elmira Ismayilova- Director of the International Relations Department, and Sevlan Gurbanova- Specialist of the department.

In the meeting, the parties provided information about the activities of their respective higher education institutions, faculties and offered specializations, international relations, participation in dual-degree programs and international projects, academic and research activities, opportunities provided to students. They also exchanged ideas on mutual areas of interest, including collaboration prospects.

Ultimately, a memorandum of collaboration was signed between the parties. The memorandum highlights issues such as teacher and student exchange, joint research projects and publications, and the organization of collaborative scientific events.
