Azerbaijan University was represented at the virtual meeting by Rector's Advisor, Director of the International Master's and Doctorate Center Nushaba Guliyeva, Head of the International Relations Department and Training and Education Center Elmira Ismayilova. Tbilisi State University was represented by the Dean Giorgi Gaganidze.

Information about the activities of the higher education institutions, faculties and taught specialties, international relations, double diploma, involvement in international projects and student exchange programs, scientific activity, student opportunities, issues of mutual interest, and the sharing of perspectives on potential for cooperation were all covered by the parties during the meeting.
