Azerbaijan University, which constantly keeps its students’ acquisition of knowledge, skills and habits according to their specialities in the spotlight, takes the next important step in this direction and starts the tranings of the ECDL (European Computer Driving Lisence) certification program. The 3rd and 4th year students of all specialties of Azerbaijan University can take part in the trainings organized by the University's ECDL Training and Test Center.

The course will last for 2 months. Classes will be organized twice a week and 90 minutes per lesson and will be conducted on the following modules.

• Basics of computer
• Online knowledge
• Text Processor
• Electronic spreadsheets
• Presentation

Classes will start on November 1, 2018. Attendance in tranings is on a paid basis. Fee is 100AZN. Candidates passing the exam will be given an international certificate on the appropriate modules.

It should be noted that Azerbaijan University has been approved as the official accredited testing center of ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) in our country. This status was granted to Azerbaijan University by the Institute of Information Technology of the Republic of Lithuania.

The ECDL certificate has been widely disseminated and recognized by more than 150 countries worldwide within the standards confirming computer literacy. The University's ECDL Center operates as a training and test center. Those who successfully passed the exams of ECDL trainings are able to prove their computer skills with an internationally recognized certificate.
