The republican conference on "Philology Science in the Context of Republic Ideology" is being held at Azerbaijan University on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic. The aim of the conference is to expose and evaluate the path and successes of the philological idea in the context of the Republic, which played an important role in the formation of Azerbaijani statehood and culture.

The conference registration will be held at 10.00 but the opening session at 10.00. The rector of the University, Saadat Aliyeva, will open the conference, bringing together outstanding scientists and researchers of the country.

The speakers of the plenary session of the scientific conference are Professor Badirkhan Ahmadov from the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi of ANAS, Professor Fakhraddin Veysalli of the Azerbaijan University of Languages and Professor Vagif Sultanli from Baku State University.

Following the plenary session, "The Contemporary Status and Theoretical Problems of the Literary Language of Azerbaijan" and "Literary Criticism and Literature Problems" will continue its work.
