In Spring term of 2016-2017 academic year, 76  students have been assigned scholarship within the framework of “Internal Scholarship Program”. The program is financed with the budget of the university. Students receiving scholarhip include 63 undergraduates and 13 graduates.

36 students who have been assigned scholarship belong to the  School of Humanities.  The students have been assigned scholarship in the following amounts: 14 students - 200 AZN, 1 student -100 AZN, 20 students – 75 AZN, 1 student- 50 AZN.

22 students who have been assigned scholarship belong to the School of Business and Economics. The students have been assigned scholarship in the following amounts: 5 students  - 200 AZN, 15 students – 75 AZN, 2 students-50 AZN.

4 students of the School of Social Work have been assigned scholarship ; 2 students – 200 AZN, 2 students- 75 AZN.

Only 1 student met the requirements for internal university scholarship. The student has been assigned scholarship in the amount of 200 AZN per month.

Meeting the requirements of Master program, 5 students recieve 100 AZN, the other 8 students receive 75 AZN per month.

Scholarships, the sum of which is based on students’ academic perfomance and Winter Term exam results, will be awarded for II course graduates and the IV course undergraduates according February–June, 2017; but the other undergraduates and graduates’ stipends have been identified for February- August.

In Spring Term, 14 university students  will be receiving state scholarship. There are the students who receive dual scholarhip. Meeting the requirements for internal university scholarship Mammadrzayeva Intizar (senior student majoring  Azerbaijan Language and literature) and Elnara Iskenderova (senior student majoring   foreign language) will be awarded a dual scholarship making up 304, 5 AZN.  

“The Internal Scholarship and Educational Incentive Program” of Azerbaijan University has been running since 2013/2014 academic year. The students benefit from the program according their results of education period.  The amount of scholarship (50, 75, 100  and 200 AZN)  is determined according to the performance of students with full academic load and is reassessed at the end of every semester.
