Traditional meeting was held with the newly admitted doctoral students and dissertators under the PhD program at Azerbaijan University. At the meeting held with participation of Nushaba Guliyeva, director of the International Magistrate And Doctorate Center and the Center`s staff, the doctoral students and dissertators were given advice on completion of their dissertation work, and their questions were answered.

Director of the Center Nushaba Guliyeva congratulated doctoral students and dissertators and brought to their attention the innovations that have taken place in recent years in doctoral education and admission process. She said that trainings on completion of research work will be organized during the autumn semester.

The event provided information about the duties, rights and obligations of doctoral students and dissertators during the education period, the selection of dissertation topics, the publication of the main scientific results of dissertations, the requirements for them, their presentation, discussion and defense.
