Information day of the Erasmus+ ECAR (Establishment of Rectors Conference in Azerbaijan) project was held for the employees of Azerbaijan University.

At the event attended by rector of Azerbaijan University Saadat Aliyeva, deans and heads of departments, the head of the international relations department Bakhtiyar Badalov made a presentation on the project and informed the participants about the essence and purpose of the project.

The results of the project partners' visit to France were also discussed at the event. Director of the International Center for Master's and Doctoral Studies Nushaba Guliyeva informed the participants about the French education system, the activities of the French Rectors' Conference (CPU) and its place, structure and decision-making mechanisms in the French education system.

In conclusion, Rector Saadat Aliyeva emphasized the importance of cooperation and sharing of experience between higher education institutions. It should be noted that the main goal of the EU-funded project "Establishment of Rectors Conference in Azerbaijan" is to develop a national network and cooperation between universities and other stakeholders through the establishment of a conference of rectors in accordance with national development strategies. The ECAR project, coordinated by Baku Business University, will be implemented over three years.
