Bakhtiyar Badalov, head of the international relations department, participated in trainings on the internationalization of higher education organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA2 project "Establishment of the Rectors' Conference in Azerbaijan" (ECAR), in which Azerbaijan University is a partner. The training with the support and participation of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD Global) lasted two days.

On the first day of the training, the participants were informed about the activities and services of the "EFMD Global" organization, increasing the quality indicators of higher education institutions, internationalization and globalization, corporate responsibility, international cooperation, and similar topics. 

In the next training organized in connection with the preparation and publication of the magazine of the "Rectors' Conference in Azerbaijan", discussions were held on the preparation of the said magazine.

Note that the coordinator of the project is Baku Business University. The main goal of the project covering the years 2021-2024 is to develop a national network and cooperation between universities and other stakeholders through the creation of a conference of rectors in accordance with national development strategies.
