The Baku branch of the International Institute for Monitoring Democracy Development, Parliamentarianism and Suffrage Protection of Citizens of IPA CIS Member Nations (IPA CIS IIMDD) held a conference on “State youth policy as a development factor of civil society”. Head of the Department of Political and Social Sciences of Azerbaijan University, PhD in Political Sciences Elvin Talyshinsky made a report at the conference organized at the Russian House in Baku.

In his speech, head of the Department noted that thanks to the wide opportunities created by the state for youth activities, young people have become the leading force of society and are confidently taking steps for the successful future of our country. Elvin Talyshinsky also noted that higher education institutions and their academic staff have rendered a great service in the implementation of the state youth policy.
