Gahraman Yusupov shared his impressions about Shusha and the festival on our website: “We visited Shusha to participate in the international culinary festival from 5 to 8 May. We left early in the morning on May 5, 2022 with 5 comfortable buses with the participation of representatives of tourism organizations and educational institutions. The volume of large-scale construction and reconstruction work in the liberated areas along the road is large.

We reached Shusha comfortably by a comfortable road and a comfortable bus. The festival was organized in the square in front of the caravanserai of the 18th

century Aga Gahraman Mirsiyab oglu. The festival was very colorful. The dishes served by chefs from Baku, Lankaran, Salyan, Shirvan and other regions were, as always, very tasty.

Both the regions of Azerbaijan and a number of countries of the world were represented at the culinary festival. Representatives of Germany presented sausages, hot dogs, beer, Italian smoked meat, pizza and other dishes, Japanese green tea with a special ritual, French chefs and culinary masters from other countries presented their national dishes to the festival visitors.

Well-known chef Stalik also demonstrated his skills in a separate kiosk. Refreshments and alcoholic beverages were also served in separate kiosks.

Among the visitors was the famous photographer Rza Diqqati, who organized exhibitions in many European countries and was repeatedly attacked by Armenians in order to convey the truth about Azerbaijan to the world.

Actors of our country's theaters added a special color to the festival with various scenes. Comedians, characters dressed in costumes of the XVIII-XIX centuries attracted attention, wrestlers and dance groups showed their skills.

By joining the culinary festival, there was an opportunity to closely see the architectural monuments of Shusha and the Shusha fortress”.
