Dean of the Faculty of Humanities of Azerbaijan University Safar Mammadov, Deputy Dean Gunay Ismayilova and Head of the Department of Social Work Tunzala Verdiyeva were attended a meeting organized by the Agency for Social Services, management and teachers of universities specializing in social work and psychology. At the meeting, proposals were voiced for students to have an internship at the Social Services Agency, to be involved in the process voluntarily

starting from the 2nd year. In particular, the employment were discussed opportunities of graduates in the branches and enterprises of the Agency.

Along with Azerbaijan University, representatives of Baku State University, Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management, Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts also took part in the meeting organized on the ZOOM platform.

It should be noted that in the spring semester of the 2020/2021 academic year, 28 students of the University of Azerbaijan underwent pre-diploma internship in the branches of the Social Services Agency.
