Our student Cevdet Deniz Zafer, who is studying the fall semester of the 2023/2024 academic year in Italy, shares his impressions with our website. He is a second-year student majoring in Computer Engineering.

"I had the opportunity to study at Sapienza University in Italy through the "Erasmus" exchange program in the fall semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The location of Sapienza University in Rome, chosen for its ancient history and monuments alongside its modernity, provides additional advantages. I express my gratitude to the Rector of Azerbaijan University and all the colleagues of the International Relations Department for creating this opportunity for me.

It's been over three months since I arrived in Italy. Since my arrival, I have not felt homesick at all. The adaptation process was quick and easy.

Different cultures and values caught my attention here. I would like to especially emphasize that cultural diversity did not pose any difficulty for me. I am not only gaining fresh knowledge but also familiarizing myself with artistic encounters, new individuals, and diverse cultures.The friendships established in Rome will continue even after returning to Azerbaijan".
