Due to the pandemic in 2020 and 2021, the conference was organized online and, after a two-year break, the conference returned to its traditional form.

The event began with the sounding of the National Anthem of the Azerbaijan Republic.

The conference with an introductory speech was opened by the Vice-Rector of the Azerbaijan University for Science, Doctor of Mathematical Sciences Yusif Gasymov, who greeted the participants of the conference on behalf of the rector Saadat Aliyeva and thanked them for presenting the conclusions of their research at the conference. Yusif Gasimov noted that the coronavirus pandemic, which was a severe test for the whole world, did not bypass our country either. But, along with the difficulties, we experienced pride and ambition. The historic victory won by us in the 44-day Patriotic War, the great return to the lands liberated from occupation and the reconstruction begun there, set important tasks for Azerbaijani science. Each of us must take an active part in these tasks.

Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies Asif Pashayev and Head of the Department of Finance and Economics Nariman Boyukkishi in their speeches informed the young researchers of the Azerbaijan University about providing a platform for discussing the findings and innovations they received and wished them success in the conference.

The plenary report at the conference was made by Associate Professor of Baku State University, Doctor of Mathematical Sciences Migdad Ismailov. The plenary lecture was devoted to the topic: "Basis property of a weighted exponential system in Grand Lebeg spaces".

After the break, the conference continued its work in 6 departments: "History and Law", "Philology", "Economics-1", "Economics-2", "Sociology", "Mathematics, Physics, ICT". At the conference, 134 abstracts of undergraduates, doctoral students, dissertators and young researchers from about 20 higher educational institutions and research institutes were accepted for discussion. The abstracts submitted to the conference were published in the form of a collection of materials and provided to the participants during registration.

The purpose of the conference is the interaction of young researchers, students and workers in various universities, academies and institutes of the country, their ICT and implementation, listening to scientific innovations acquired in the field of economics, humanities and social sciences and exchange of views.
