The first issue of the “Ipak Yolu” scientific journal of Azerbaijan University for 2023 is posted on the University's website (www.au.edu.az). In this issue, dedicated to national leader Heydar Aliyev, articles by head of the Social Sciences Department, Prof. Gabil Aliyev titled “Great Leader Heydar Aliyev about the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic and its founders” and by lecturer of the Azerbaijani Language and Literature Department Aynur Hasanova titled “Heydar Aliyev is the great patron of our national literature” were published. This issue of the Ipak Yolu scientific journal contains papers in Azerbaijani and English related to economic and philological sciences.

Archive of the Ipak Yolu journal, which publishes strictly peer-reviewed scientific papers, can be found online on the Azerbaijan University website. Papers prepared according to instructions can be sent by authors to ipek.yolu@au.edu.az. 

The journal is included in the “List of periodical scientific publications recommended for publication of key findings of disstertations in the Republic of Azerbaijan” of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.  Journal, registered since 2022 in the Index Copernicus database, is also included in international indexing databases such as E-library - RSCI (Russia), Academic Keys (USA), ResearchBib - Academic Resource Index (Japan), Scientific Indexing Services - SIS (USA), Directory of Research Journals Indexing (India), Advanced Science Index - ASI (Germany), Root Indexing - Journal Abstracting and Indexing Service (India), Eurasian Scientific Journal Index - ESJI (Russia), Science Library Index (Australia), JI Factor (USA).
