Application period for “Volunteer” Student Scholarship Program, which was established according to the item 5.7.5 of the State Program “Azerbaijan Youth 2017-2020” to propagate the public support of volunteers’ activity among the youth,and announced on the initiative of Azerbaijan University, ASAN Volunteers Organisation and the educational-facebook page of “Azerbaijan Universities ” to support progressive ideas and initiatives of university students, has been prolonged

Numerous proposals were caused to extend the application period. The applications for scholarship program will be admitted by 6 p.m, January 15,2018  in order to promote  the involvement of suggestions, progressive ideas and initiatives in the competition. Scholarship holders will be announced on the occasion of Youth Day on February 2.

All students of Azerbaijan universities who are citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic, irrespective of their majors, have the right to apply to the program. Taking into account the opinions of social network users, no restrictions were placed on the application to the Scholarship Program.

 “Volunteer” Student Scholarship program  funded through the sales of the book “ Start if you are young !” which was written by Nadir Adilov, Assosiate Professor of Azerbaijan University, and approved for publishing by the Scientific Council of Azerbaijan University, is voluntarily presented by the author to promote students' educational opportunities and to support their progressive ideas.

It is possible to get the book from the bookstores "Azerkitab", "Ali & Nino", "Kitabevim.az".
