Huseyn Huseynli, senior lecturer of the Azerbaijani Language and Literature Department of Azerbaijan University, being sent on business trip to Mehmet Akif Ersoy University of Turkey participated in the educational process at this university within Mevlana Exchange Program. Huseyn Huseynli had lectures for students studying Turkish Language and Literature in two weeks and dual lessons were held. The lectures covered medieval Azerbaijan Literature, the life and creativity of great Azerbaijani poets Nizami Ganjavi, Mohammad Fuzuli, Imadeddin Nasimi, Shah Ismayil Khatayi.

Our lecturer delivered a lecture at the conference on "Literature of XIX century", organized with the participation of students studying history, Turkish language and literature. The participants were informed about the Azerbaijani literature and art, and views were exchanged. Head of the department Ezgi Demirel, professors and teachers of the department participated in the event.

When Huseyin Huseynli was on a business trip, he was in the reception of prof. Hasan Karacan, vice rector of Mehmet Akif Ersoy University.
