The trainings on "Personnel Management Culture" organized by the rector of Azerbaijan University Saadat Aliyeva for heads of structural divisions has completed. Heads of Departments of Science, Education, Work with Students, Human Resources, International Relations, Public Relations Officers, Heads of Financial Departments, Deans and Deputies attended the trainings. The participants who successfully passed the exam were awarded certificates today.

The main purpose of the training is to develop the staffing potential of the university and to improve the professional level of the department managers.

The trainings were conducted by Culturologist, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor of Public Administration Academy under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Fuad Mammadov, President of the Azerbaijani Cultural Association "Simurg", creator of culture science in Azerbaijan. Speaking at the ceremony, Fuad Mammadov thanked the rector of the University Saadat Aliyev for the opportunities created for employees of the higher education institution and contribution to the development of cultural science and wished for continued cooperation between the two institutions.

It should be noted that the trainings, which consisted of 30 hours a week, include 8 lectures and 6 workshops. The trainings were based on basic concepts of culturology, management culture and foreign experience in this field, culture of leadership, culture of business relations.
