Today is the 50th anniversary of Professor of Azerbaijan University, Doctor of Law Mayis Aliyev.

We congratulate Mayis Aliyev on the occasion of his 50th birthday on behalf of the staff of Azerbaijan University, wish health, effective scientific and pedagogical activity!

We congratulate Professor Mayis Aliyev on his 50th anniversary, wish him good health, pruductive scientific-pedagogical activity.

Mayis Nabi Aliyev was born in 1968 in Yanili village of Tovuz region. In 1994 he graduated from law faculty of Baku State University. In 1999, he was a Ph.D. in law,later he became  a doctor of sciences  in Law in 2005, and a professor in 2013.

He has been engaged in pedagogical activity in higher education institutions  in different years along with scientific research. Since 2016 he is a professor of Azerbaijan University.

He was awarded the Honorary Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2012.

He is the author of more than 50 articles, 5 monographs, 7books and 2 textbooks.
