The creativity of Anar, a folk writer, poet, translator, screenwriter, chairman of the Azerbaijan Writers' Union, was discussed at the next meeting of the "Giraat" (Recitation) association, which operates under the leadership of Mrs. Khayala Aliyeva, head teacher of the Azerbaijani language and literature department of Azerbaijan University.

The event was opened by the head of the department, associate professor Mrs. Ulviyya Rahimova. The department head provided the students with brief information about Anar's life and work and emphasized that the outstanding writer has great value for the Azerbaijani people and his prose. Later, the teachers of the department, associate professor Mrs. Farhad Madatov and senior teacher Mrs. Khayala Aliyeva, shared their opinions about Anar's activity.

The event continued with philology students presenting the contents of the stories, novels and narratives they chose from Anar's work. The students shared with the event participants the points and issues they wanted to convey to the reader in "Me, You, He and the Phone", "Georgian Family", "Conversation of a Woman Working in Asilgan", "Panic" and other works. The philological analysis of the mentioned stories formed the leading principle of the discussion.
