The commission registering applicants admitted to Azerbaijan University will operate on August 25-26 (Saturday and Sunday)

In order to formalize the admission, applicants (abiturients) must be registered by submitting the following documents to the Document Admission Commission of the university.

The applicants admitted in the first round to the bachelor's level will be registered until August 28 (including August 28). Registration of the applicants admitted in the second-round will be held until September 3 (including September 3) from 10.00a.m.to5p.m.

Not passing the registration will be regarded as a waiver of education. 

List of the documents required for registration

• original of the certificate
• original and copy of ID card
• health certificate
• copy of the military card or the certificate on arbitration to the conscription station (for men)
• 6 Passport size photo (be taken within the last 6 months) and electronic version of your photo (in CD)

Note 1: Studying on a paid basis; 

• students who have lost both parents and live without parental care

• students  who are children of the citizens who became disabled while defending Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity, independence and constitutional order, died for freedom, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, went missing in military operations and declared dead by the court, must present copy and original of the documents confirming the above-mentioned facts.

Note 2: Applicants under the age of 18 must attend the registration with their parents. Parents are asked to bring their ID cards.
