Head of the Department of Political Sciences of Azerbaijan University Elvin Talyshinski and lecturer of the Department Rafig Ibrahimov conducted training for volunteers of ASAN Service Center №1 on “Heydar Aliyev in history - political views of a genius”.

Elvin Talyshinski's report covered such topics as the process of formation of new independent states as a result of the collapse of such a great empire as the USSR in the early 90s of the last century, the role of the national leader in restoring the state independence of Azerbaijan, especially his message to the people with his speech in Moscow in 1990.

Rafig Ibrahimov informed the participants about the activities of the great leader in conveying the truths of Azerbaijan to the world community, his foreign policy strategy and the history of Azerbaijan's victory.

It should be noted that the training was organized within the framework of the “Year of Heydar Aliyev”.
