The next individual development lecture was organized for the students of the Faculty of Business and Economics. Elnur Fatullayev, a young Azerbaijani auditor, the representative of Deloitte organisation in Australia, conducted a lecture on career planning.

Elnur Fatullayev, who has also  an experience with Ernst & Young organisation that is in the largest audit quartet together with Deloitte, talked about the importance of career planning for the students, accurate identification of targets and goals for career development and recommended the students to deeply study their chosen major. He also shared his story of success with the students.

The guest informed the students about the experience in big four companies and answered the participants’ questions.
