The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Azerbaijan Republic held a training on "The first step in a career" by the department of the State Employment Service of Baku for Azerbaijan University students.

Training conducted by trainer Ahad Kazimli aims to promote the integration of graduates and students into the labor market.

The training provides the necessary information to guide students in their current working lives and future careers as well as in their managerial skills.

The training covered such topics as researching opportunities for internships and internships at the university, participating in public affairs, volunteering, founding and developing professional careers, team building, presentation skills, CV preparation and interviewing.

In the interactive learning process, students conducted skills analysis and career planning.

In the end, discussions were held around the topic and students' questions were answered.
