The Economics and Management Department of Azerbaijan University continues a series of career-oriented trainings to prepare students for the business world. The next such training is devoted to the topic “How to write a CV”. Training, which was attended by students studying business and economy-oriented specialties, was conducted by Department lecturer Tarlan Rasulov. 

Opening the event, head of the Department Tural Gojayev gave brief information on the topic and importance of training. The head of the department noted that a properly compiled CV plays an important role in a job search. 

Then, Tarlan Rasulov spoke about the rules for the correct compilation of CVs. He touched on such details as conciseness, accuracy, consistency, uniqueness, ideal writing style, the use of precise phrases, categorical avoidance of introductory words and incomprehensible abbreviations. Lecturer also informed the students about using online resources to create a CV. 

At the end, students' questions on the subject were answered.
