Nine students of the School of Business and Economics of Azerbaijan University participated in the “International Youth Conference of Researchers” held at the Azerbaijan State Economic University. The conference, organized by the Student Scientific Society of the Higher School of Economics, was dedicated to the 96th anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev.

The students Veliyev Tunjay, Hasratli Laman, Musayev Madina, Mehdiyeva Ulviya, Mammadova Rubaba, Bayramzade Ilahe, Mikailova Afat, Novruzlu Elbay and Sadiyeva Vafa were led by Zeynab Kiyasova, a lecturer in the department of Finance and Economics.

The work of the conference was organized in the following sections: international economy, economics and finance, economics, international relations, ecology, tourism and hospitality, humanitarian science. At the section meetings of the event, participants delivered reports: Hasratli Laman on "The Role of Subsidies in the Development of Agriculture", Musayeva Medina on "The role of tourism in the economy of Azerbaijan", Mehdiyeva Ulviyya on "Azerbaijan's industrial potential and its development perspectives", Mammadova Rubaba on "The place and role of Azerbaijan in modern international relations system", Bayramzade Ilaha on "The potential of rural tourism and its development problems", Mikayilova Afat on "The Ecological Problem in the World", Novruzlu Elbay on "Environmental Problems and Ecological Policy", Sadiyeva Vafa on "Creating a favorable investment environment in modern times", Veliyev Tunjay on "Causes of Emergence of Inflation and exit ways from it "themes.

At the end, students participating in the conference were awarded with  certificates and theses materials of the conference.
