Azerbaijan University announces admission to doctoral and dissertation programs for 2022. Receipt of documents will be carried out electronically through the "Centralized Education Information System" (TISIS). Those wishing to submit a document to the doctoral program must visit the website of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan portal.edu.az, select the service "Registration of students in higher and secondary special education institutions" and register in accordance with the instructions. Sending applications to Portal.edu.az will start on April 5.
