Minimum requirements
The citizens of Azerbaijan must take part in the entrance examinations conducted by the State Examination Center (SEC) for admitting the University of Azerbaijan. International students may apply to the Azerbaijani University without taking part in the SEC exam. Admission of foreigners is based on the number of factors including the previous record of academic performance, applicant’s personal characteristics and etc.
Applicants for undergraduate programs of the Azerbaijan University are required the following documents to be sent via email or by post:

You will be required to bring the original of the above mentioned documents upon visiting the Azerbaijan university. Successful applicants will be notified about the status of application via email.
Short description of the study programme
The Finance specialization is taught for acquiring theoretical and practical knowledge and skills that needed to carry out financial operations of an enterprise (banks, private companies, government agencies, etc.) Financial operations are the creation, distribution and control of an enterprise's cash, managing its revenues, controlling it and reducing the risk of financial losses.
Specialists of finance background will possess knowledge and abilities like formation and using of state budget mechanism, international monetary and credit relations, banking system and banking mechanism, creation, use and control of cash flows at enterprises, tax and taxation, economic essence of insurance and implementation of insurance mechanism in insurance organizations.
