Implementation of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module project has started at Azerbaijan University. The main goal of the project, carried out under the coordination of Bakhtiyar Badalov, is to develop and teach courses and training to raise the level of awareness of academic staff and students about the European Union.

The module formed within the project is taught to 3rd year students majoring in Political Science. Duration of the project titled “The European Union: Its Institutions Values and Potential Opportunities” is 36 months.

It should be noted that the project was developed and presented in early 2022. Azerbaijan University and the European Commission signed a grant agreement for the implementation of the project. The “Jean Monnet” project is designed to encourage young researchers in higher education institutions to conduct research on the European Union and implement training/education programs to that regard.
